30-Minute Visits:
One visit a day = $25.00
Two visits a day = $50.00
Three visits a day = $78.00
(three visits per day offered under special circumstances only)

45-Minute Visits:
One visit a day = $30.00
Two visits a day = $60.00

Overnight rate = $80.00
   (12 hour period)

Holiday surcharge is $15 each visit.

Applicable holidays are:

• Memorial Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve
• New Year's Day

Key pick-up/drop-off = $20.00
   (First-time clients exempt)

No mileage charge for clients within a 5 mile (one-way) radius. Each mile after that is charged at a rate of $1.50 per mile.
